When I go to start my computer, it goes fine until it goes to boot and then it says no boot device detected. And then it says
    Sata0: installed
    Sata1: installed
    Sata2: not detected
    Sata3: not detected

I ran diagnostics on both the system and memory, and no problems were detected. I called dell tech support and they wanted me to buy a software warranty for 200$. I can't afford that when i already paid damn near 700 when this computer came out.
After the diagnostics, when I go to resume windows, The lights will come on and the windows symbol will come up with a "Resuming windows" message, and then goes into power save mode. I don't know what is wrong, please help

This started about an hour ago, when i moved my computer and accidentally removed the power cord while it was still on. When i went to turn it back on this started happening.
    Also : windows 7.

Dell tried getting me to do that, and nothing would happen when i held / spammed the **** out of the f8 key when it was booting up.
I also don't have the windows dvd.

Dell should be able to get you the Windows7 DVD for your computer for under $30.00?

How do i get that from them? Every time i call i get some indian i can JUST barely understand, and most of the time they have to repeat what they just said multiple times. They all try to get me to buy a software warranty. it's ridiculous.

You tell the fellow you do not understand him and that you need to talk to his supervisor who can speak the King's English. It works most of the time:)
Where did you purchase your computer?
