My old PC HDD failed. Had to get a new PC and re-install everything:(
I tried installing MS Streets&Trips but the Data CD won't load and install stops. I have a copy of all data from old HDD and wonder if I can copy the MS S&T folder to new PC, and any other stuff and re-register it as a loaded program somehow. Any suggestions?
The install stops on one file on the Data CD, USA_CD. I tried copying just that file from the data on old HDD to a newly written copy of the CD but, didn't work!

No you cannot copy the program from one pc to another. All installed programs write certain settings to the registry, so even if you copy all of the files over the program will not run.
