install java, adobe updates without administrator rights?

they have large number of users using windows vista and 7 onwards will encounter this problem, whenever there are updates to be install it will prompt for administrator rights. therefore, it is ineffective if we have to come manually to install for them.

we know there are ways to resolve this issue by using group policy based on a website, not too sure is it fine to post the URL here.

we can actually enable the "Approved Installation Sites for ActiveX Controls” setting which is located under which is located under Computer Configuration, Policies, Administrative Templates, Windows Components.

But my question now is how do we determine the actual URL link to the cab file for the following sites:

- Java
- Adobe Reader, Flash -
- Itune etc updates.

Don't know whether java will come in cab files. But anyways, you can put the files onto your own servers and use the path to your server.
