I am installing Win95 on an old Tobisha Satellite 225CDS that does not have a floppy. I created a 95 bootable CD and was able to fdisk and format the partition. However, when I boot up after the format using the bootable CD, I lose the A: (CD-ROM) drive when I insert the Win95 install CD. Any ideas on how to install Win95 on this dinosaur?

Take the hard drive out, and copy the CAB files to it using another computer.

It's a laptop. A really old piece of junk but the GM still wants to use it to test equipment.

Okay. Take the hard drive out, and connect it to another computer to copy the files.
