Hello, I joined this forum in the hopes that someone could direct me in the right direction...
I have been unable to install anything for the past few weeks. I didn't change anything, but I get an error from Installshield saying that iKernel.exe wasn't supported. So I tried deleting the folder as some have suggested but that didnt' work, I tried getting the iKernal updater, but since installshield isn't working, it won't allow that to install either.
Finally, I tried downloading the Windows Installer, a few people suggested that if all else fails. Now I'm getting an error stating "Not enough storage space to process your command" which doesn't make any sense. I know for a fact that I have over 40 gigs of free space on my hard drive.
I'm running Vista, 2 gigs of RAM, 140 gig HDD, on my laptop. Are there any other suggestions?
