Looks like you need to contact Snap-on's Tech Support for help with their Parts Manager Pro.

Not sure why you'd bother to reply with zero intention of helping but the problem was resolved by someone who knew.

Cool! Good to hear you found a solution.

It would be nice if you'd share it here so someone else with the same problem would hopefully be able to resolve it.

My advice is to call SnapOn tech support. Same advice you suggested.

You may have been right, don't know, I got the advice and fix somewhere else. Thanks anyway though.

Right, you got it from Snap-on Tech Support ... the very people I recommended. And the reason I recommend them was simply because it looked like the problem was with their software.

No, I just said I got it somewhere else. Your advice was of zero use to me. However, I'm saying others should follow your advice. Just for clarification.

Please do not be disrespectful towards other members. In certain situations it can be the best suggestion to approach the vendor/author of the software.
