Installing different browser

    I have Me and use netscape 4.78 at present time---I want to install netscape 4.61 which I used to have---Do I need to remove 4.78 before I install 4.61----My add/remove program doesn't work sometimes--Don't know what's wrong with it---So don't like to use it if not absolutely neccesary--Thanks as always---

    Yes if you want to use an older version of Netscape you have to uninstall the newer version. If the add remove program doesn't work then you have to download the new version, reinstall it over top of the one there and then uninstall it. Then you can download the older version and then install it.

    Lot of time involved but if you like the older Netscape then this is what you will have to do.

    Presonally the older version is is much better. I removed the newer one and went back to the one i had.
