I bought Babylon translation program to translate English to Chinese. I went to Control Panel and tried to install the East Asian Language Pack. It asked me to insert the Service Pack 3 CD. I bought this and inserted it and got an error message, "files missing." The missing files were "i386/lang...cplexe." Does anybody know where I can get these files?
