Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.4
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Home, 32 bit
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 390 @ 2.67GHz, x64 Family 6 Model 37 Stepping 5
    Processor Count: 4
    RAM: 1909 Mb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics, 730 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: 281 GB (147 GB Free);
    Motherboard: LG Electronics, C500
Antivirus: Windows Defender, Enabled and Updated

I need the following two programs to run another program:
Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server Compact

None of them are listed under programs and features. When trying to download .NET I got message that it was already installed. I confirmed that by following the steps NET framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full window where it shows release code of 461808. Is this enough or must I do something to get it activated?

When trying to install SQL I got a message the installation package us not supported by this processor type.

    Can you help me please.

.NET is available from Microsoft. There are several versions, so you will need to figure out which version you actually require, and install that version (and then all of the associated updates).

I've not used SQL, but if it's also free, it will be on the MS site as well.

If your computer is running Windows 10 Version 1809 OS Build 17763, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is already a part of it.

If your computer is running Windows 10 Version 1903 OS Build 18362, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 is already a part of it.

You will not see it listed in the "Programs And Features" list.

The .NET Framework can be enabled/installed via Programs and Features, Turn windows features on or off.
SQL Server Express or Developer versions can be installed from MS Download Center. If you have a 64 bit computer using the x64 version, if still using 32 bit windows, download the x86 versions.
Get SQL Express from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=42299, download the Express and Tools version for your version of Windows.
