Hi, I just bought a iStarUSA internal HDD removable tray and put in my new WD HDD WD 320GB HDD. But my new HDD was not recognized! As you will see in image1, a bunch of "Removable Disks" appeared but none of them worked. I also checked my Device Manager and it seems have been found (image2), but how do I use it? Just FYI, D drive is my older SATA HDD, which is also inserted into the removable tray (image3), and is working just fine. Can someone please help a newbe out! Thanks a bunch!

New drives generally need to be partitioned and formatted.
If you bought a retail drive, you should have gotten some
installetion software with it that can help do that.
If it was a bare drive, you can download the software from
    the western digital website.
