I have bought a GeForce 7300GS to install in the PCIe slot of my eMachines T6420. I have chosen PCIe as my primary video adapter in my BIOS and put video card in and properly seated it. When I plug my monitor up to the card it does not post and when I plug it back into my onboard video port it still does. Neither the device manager or the hardware wizard recognize anything new installed. What am I doing wrong? Is there some other BIOS setting I need to adjust? I think my motherboard is a N1996. That is the only marking i see on it. Help!
