I am trying to install an HP PSC 1350 on my Gateway running windows xp and it only lets me install 21% of it then an error message pops up for the D drive abouut my m memories disk. I have uninstalled the memories disk as per techs suggestion but I still can't install the printer. The tech said that the printer is configured for Service Pack 1 but that's what I have. Help please and thank you. P.S. I installed the HP PSC 750 without no complications.
