hey all, i am what one would call a power-user on our school network, i am always working on some project on the computers. what i find extremely annoying is the fact that some computers will have winzip installed, and others not, which forces me to install the software virtually everytime i want to use it, which isn't very time effective. i was wondering if i were to install winzip on the server's shared h: drive, would it function normally, migrating with my profile? thanks, christian

You could get your network administrator to set up a batch file such that each computer would install Winzip the next time a computer rebooted. All computers would then have Winzip pretty quickly.
