Sorry if this is in the wrong place

Well, let me just start off by saying my computer has a LOT of issues. My own fault, really, I guess.
Let me talk about my current problem, that when I'm trying to install my Bamboo tablet which comes up as an unknown device in device manager, I get this error message, even after I tried to install drivers from the wacom website
    Here is a screenshot:
    It's really annoying
I think it has something to do with my memory..
Because I also get an error message sometimes saying
'Low On Registry Space : The system has reached the maximum size allowed for the system part of the registry. Additional storage requests will be ignored.' (I don't have a screenshot, sorry)
I looked it up and people said that it sounds like a message a virus would give but I'm pretty sure that It's not a virus. This happens after a incident with my graphics card that basically wrecked my entire computer. I kept getting a BSOD because i rather stupidly installed new drivers for my nvidia card over my old ones and it screwed up my computer. I uninstalled the drivers and tried to install new ones but it didn't work. I was really panicking because I was left with the default graphics but thank god i had a system restore point. After that I started to get the registry errors. The graphic card errors came after I installed the Sims 3 Seasons, even though my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Free space: 12.9GB/149GB < My disc space
I really don't know what else to put down
Like what other information do you need?
My mind isn't working right because it's 3:30 in the morning
    Sorry
    I really hope someone replies!
    As soon as possible.
    Please.

You weren't specific about what the issues are, but that statement all by itself says a lot.

We're not there to see what's installed and how you use that computer, so it's pretty difficult to diagnose and resolve the issues.

It may be time to do a clean reinstall of Windows XP SP3 and get a fresh start with that computer.

Sorry, I was kind of stressed.
I don't have the disc since this computer is probably over 4 years old (I don't know how many years) and I've lost it.

What's the brand name, model name, and model number of that computer?

What's the complete Windows version that's on the Microsoft Certificate-Of-Authenticity sticker that has the product key?

I don't really know where to find this information, sorry and I looked on my computer tower but I couldn't find the sticker.

I went onto system properties though but I don't know if this is the information you asked for?

    System:
    Microsoft Windows XP
    Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)
    Version 2002
    Service Pack 3

    Advent T9

    Sorry again.

    This is probably your computer:

    http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/advent/pc/t9.htm

    -----------------------------------------------------------

If Windows XP Home Edition came pre-installed in it, there should be a Microsoft COA sticker on it that has that Windows version and a 25-character product key.

Sorry my reply took a while, I had to shut my computer off so I could look at the back of the tower, otherwise it shuts itself off.

I didn't advise you to submit the product key here.

I just wanted you to confirm that a Microsoft COA sticker exists on the case with Windows XP Home Edition and the 25-character product key.

Please edit your last reply and then remove the product key from the text so others here won't see it and use it illegally.

    -----------------------------------------------------

If you can get your hands on a full version Windows XP Home Edition disc, you can do a clean reinstall.

Once that's done and you go on-line, you can activate it with the product key.

Here is a good step-by-step guide for doing a clean reinstall of Windows XP Home Edition.

No problem. I should've advised you NOT to submit the product key.

    Good luck on the disc.
