I am planning on building a gaming PC with a budget of around $900, I have chosen the Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card, Intel Core i5-2500K processor and the MSI P67A-GD55 motherboard.

When looking at the specs for my CPU, I was intrigued to see that it said "Integrated GPU: Yes"
What does this mean exactly? The motherboard I am getting does not have on-board graphics, is this a problem?

    Thanks in advance.

No, it's not a problem. The Core i5's have some GPU processing integrated into the CPU itself, not really something you need to worry about if you are using a decent standalone card.
