Under Device Manager - And under Network Adapters - I have Dlink Air (which is the one i am curently using) and under that is intel Pro/100 VE Network Connection - How can I permanetely delete this out? i have right clicked on the intel name in device manager then clicked uninstall, then its gone, but when i restart my computer, it shows back up.

Why would you want to delete it? That's the wired network connection. It aint goona go away just cuz you uninstall it, it's physically part of your motherboard more than likely and it can't be pulled off.
So the only recourse is to disable it in the device manager.

You can disable the MB Ethernet in the BIOS, and it will disappear from the machine as far as Windows is concerned.
