I,m operating windows xp home version. Lately I've been receiving a very loud interference noise that comes out of my speakers and seems to randomly occur. I can't seem to duplicate it so the manufacturer can fix it. Any ideas. I've already replaced my speakers. Thank You?

Without hearing the noise - - The first thing I'd try is (with the power off)
carefully remove the memory cards and re-seat them assuming you have more than one - remove and carefully reseat ribbon cables, With solid state equipment radiation within the case is usually not a problem so I'd have to wonder about the power supply and it's connections. Being intermittant, this will probably be a hard one to find. - Have patience - - and good luck.
