Firstly, I must mention that my battery is constantly on 1%, meaning that I need to be constantly charging it. This is not the problem I am having, I just mention this as it may help diagnose the problem.

My Wifi at home is very good - it reaches the entire house at full strength constantly, and most devices encounter no problems. However, every now and then, the Wifi cuts out ONLY on my laptop for no longer than a minute (this is roughly every hour). It means I cannot play online games, as I keep randomly disconnecting mid-game.

For the past week I have searched the internet for help on my problem, but to no avail.

Firstly, I found some advice on updating my drivers, which I did. They are up to date. Problem is still there. I then found advice to roll these back to a previous version. The "rollback" button was greyed out - I couldn't do that.

A few days later, I found a site that said to uncheck a box that made the computer switch off the driver at low battery. Almost certain this was the problem, I unchecked it and tried again. Alas, my celebration was short lived.

Later yet, I was told to check some boxes in the adapter's wireless properties that said "Look for other wireless networks while connected..." and "Connect even if the network is not broadcasting its name (SSID). Needless to say, this didn't help.

Please can I have some guidance on this issue as it is seriously driving me insane. Thanks.
