    1. How long have you had the problem please

    2. What have you tried to fix it

    3. Have you installed any new hardware

    4. Please go device manager are there any warnings against any devices
    Start, right click My Computer, click properties, click the hardware tab, then device manager

    5. What is the full model of the Dell please
    eg Inspiron and the version in full detail please
