Hi guys. When my parents log on to their computer they get a message that reads internal error suggest reinstalling application. There is no error number. Any ideas how I can rid them of this?

First, you need to identify what application is causing the error. Does the machine still boot? Is it usable?

Try disabling all the startup items with MSCONFIG and see if that eliminates the error. If so, add them in a few at a time until the error comes back. Then you'll know which application is causing the error.
