I have been having trouble with online gaming with my latency going from 20 to 300+ ping. I did a back route trace and found out a HOP has 100% packet loss. No information was given except the above message.

Additional information, Peer 1 Network Inc. is the Hop before and after, So its on that network.

Any recommemdations or ways to avoid that hop?

100% packet loss normally means that node doesn't respond to pings, obviously you don't have 100% loss of all packets, or nothing would get through. This is normal on many tracert runs.
