Internet browsers all not working

I'm so upset I could scream.

I just got a new computer a couple of months ago. It has Windows 8 on it. I'm not sure if it is Windows 8 fault or the computers or my internet settings.

I used to always use firefox. But on this computer, firefox won't load the pages. For instance, facebook wont always load all of the way. I have to reload it 5 times and only sometimes it works. So, I've been using google crome, which sometimes doesn't load right either and I have to reload 2 or more times. There is something very very wrong with google crome. I keep getting popups. I mean, I have popup blocker...and there is always a little floater ad that pops up on the side and on the bottom of the page. When I X it out, it pulls up a new web page. When I tell it not to allow third party stuff, it signs me out of all of my accounts (like facebook and email) and won't let me stay signed in for more then 2 seconds. It's getting really frustrating. I hate hate hate windows 8 and the web browsers on this aren't working right. I wish my old computer had not given out after 8 years. :(

What is wrong with this thing? Can I block all ads on google crome without not letting me use any accounts? Why won't my pages load?

Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

I always use the desktop version of Windows 8. I suppose that weird start page wouldn't be so horrid if I had a touch screen but I just have a normal computer. And sometimes it loads pages and other times not. I'm on google crome right now on my computer. I had XP last...I miss XP.

These are the results: I don't know what they mean...I hope I'm not sharing info I should not lol.

Make sure you have the latest wireless driver from the laptop manufacturer's web site. If you already have that driver reinstall it anyhow in case the installed instance is corrupted.

Do you get the same problems with an ethernet connection? If not, and if the above does not fix your problem ...

Please attach a screen shot of the Networks page (don't collapse the Radar, Connection or Signal History) of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector. If your only email accounts are free (Hotmail, gmail, etc.) try this direct link. If you need help with a screen shot see TSG Posting a Screenshot. FWIW to take screen shots with Windows 8 or 7 or Vista I prefer to use the built-in Snipping Tool.
