Specs:

  • Samsung N130
  • Mozilla firefox 3.6
  • ISP - BT broadband
  • Wireless Connection 65.0 mps - excellent status connected
  • Antivirus - AVG pro

Ok so the problem, I will turn on my computer and open Firefox. Everything will load and work, however when i open windows live messenger or uTorrent my browser stops working, it will not load anything and says it can not connect to the server,
Also I may have to sometimes restart the connection to get the messenger or utorrent to work.

The only way i have managed to solve this so far is by right clicking the connection symbol and clicking repair.
I have checked: My firewall, AVG, Driver (updated also), cleared the dns cache, and renewed my IP.

I am lost, So please any advice will be much appreciated.

(oh also recently my computer has been trying to install the same updates over and over --- Don't know if that is of relevance).
