My Internet is connected. It shows that it is connected on my computer. Internet Explorer will not load at all. I click on the icon or go through the menú and nothing happens. Google open to a blank page but does not load. Nothing has worked to fix it. Please help.

Are you using Wi-Fi ? If so, then test with a Ethernet cable to see if router, cable and jack and Windows networking is working first.

Can you go to a command prompt and type "Ping google.com" (without exclamation marks)

Also check the IP configuration by typing "ipconfig /all >c:\ip.txt" (again, without exclamation marks)

That'll create a text file called - yep, you got it - IP.TXT on the root of C: Edit that file, copy everything and paste it here. Or attach it and upload.

Right click on Command Prompt choose Run as Admin. Then try the "ipconfig /all >c:\ip.txt"

Is the computer you are currently using in your home?

Obviously, you are logged in on a limited user account. Why?

    WHen did this begin?

Have you tried to restore to a previous system state?

If your modem and router are two separate devices, have you tried to go straight from the modem to the PC?

And as Liz said, "Why a limited user account"?
