I've been trying to set up my LAN connection so that I can have ICS, (for XBox Live), but whever I try to access the 'Advanced' tab on the 'Properties' section of my connection, the only option available is to configure my firewall. But according to guides I have read, there should be an option to set up ICS. I have Windows XP with Service Pack 2, and a Webstar DPX 100 Modem.

If you can afford it ($50 or so) I would recommend getting a DSL/Cable router instead.

There are several reasons. Easier to set up. No ICS to worry about. You don't need to always have one computer on for the other device to access the Internet. And it serves as a reasonable firewall.
