Hey guys,

I've noticed this in the last few days, but my internet seems to crash at the exact same time (29 past the hour) every hour. We've recently had a new modem in, and was working fine. I recently had a mass clearout of a lot of things in my PC (got rid of 500 gigs), so I'm wondering whether I may have deleted something which has caused this.
Wondering whether anyone knew why this is happening and what I can do to resolve.

Regards,
MorroW

Your entire network is just a modem and a computer?

If the computer is running Windows ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

I can see from the ipconfig /all that the answer to my question is "no." I was hoping that maybe you'd take the hint and describe your network. I see nothing in the ipconfig /all that gives any clue why "your internet" crashes regularly and briefly.
