    Hi there,

When dialing up to the net for some reason the internet explorer dial up part asks for my dial up password, which works fine but i do not know why i have to manually enter my dial up password now as it always used to be automatic,
I went into Internet connections and entered save password but still this problems happens.
Any suggestions on how to make this automatic again??

What Operating system are you using Dalt? (Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or XP)

I remember windows 98 to be very picky about when anything to do with net connections is modified. Try this:

    1. MAKE SURE YOU ARE OFFLINE
    2. Go to your Dial-up networking folder. (in Win98, I beleve its under "my computer", if not its under "Control Panel")
    3. Find the connection you use for internet there and right-click on it and then select propertys
    4. In that dialog there should be a checkbox for "Prompt for Username & Password"

Once you have made your changes press OK to lock them in.
    Now attempt acsess the net.

    I hope this helps
