Hi, my name is Ben. I've recently been having some internet connection issues.
    So heres my problem.
Whenever I turn on my computer (windows 7 desktop, internet connected via cable), I surf the web/play online games for about 40 minutes then it disconnects and reconnects immediately.

    Any solutions?

when it disconnects, does your icon on the bottom right show you disconnected? What error messages are you getting?

It shows it disconnects for a second, then it goes back to normal. No message

A good place to start might be a new cable
