I have not been able to get the drivers for Verizon wireless internet connections to load properly on a desktop computer. I was using a 4G modem and it lost power, when they sent a new one the drivers would not load correctly. Since then they have tried 3 different modems and none work. I am running windows 7. Also tried it on an old computer I have running XP and that did not work either. Tried it on a laptop and then it worked. I can get a 3G modem to work on the desktop but the connection is not as fast. Any ideas would be helpful. I have spent at least 6 hrs on the phone with Verizon and none of their people and been able to figure it out. Question-any chance AVG would cause a problem? Thanks

Yes. I rate AVG free anti-virus as good at creating problems and AVG Internet Security as excellent at creating problems. :)

Uninstall it and run the Remover. You can reinstall it after testing.
