Internet was working fine on every device in the house and randomly while I was watching YouTube videos my internet cut out on my pc and ever since then my internet has been much slower while connected and drops every couple minutes. I know it's my computer because every other device is surfing the web just fine.

Please show the following for when "the internet drops" and again for when it is working ...

Open a (black) Command Prompt window:
Hold the Windows logo key and press r; in the Run box type cmd and click on OK.

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

[Press ENTER after each command.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

Quite interesting! That's with a wireless connection. Do you get the same type of problem with an ethernet connection?

It appears that sometime (probably half way or so between 2:09 and 5:09 pm your time zone) your IP lease was updated (note the changed end time) and the problem is that the DNS servers changed. I have no idea why/how the DNS changed unless you made the change. Some malware will change the DNS, but never heard of it being changed to a private IP (192.168.1.1). How do you get it back to working when this happens?

Ethernet cuts out the same way, but will stay working for much shorter periods of time. I just disconnect from the network and reconnect to get wifi back working. Often will work for hours without trouble, but most of the time I find myself being forced to disconnect and reconnect every 5 minutes or so. I have also noticed that when the internet is working it is much slower than before this problem.
