I renetly downloaded the newest version of IE6.0. I previously had Internet Explorer version 5.5. I've noticed that for some reason, I can no longer adjust the width and especially, the depth or length of the tool bar up top. I can't even find the window for the http address, for just the thin bar is showing. Is there any thing I'm doing wrong, or, is there something wrong with it?

Press the F11 key. It sounds like IE is stuck in Full Screen mode.

No .. thanks anyway. But that isn't it. It's not in the full screen mode. It's as if the tool bar is pulled up as high as it can go, just exposing the file, edit, vew, etc... and can't be pulled back down. In fact, the widen and elongate margins don't show either.

Give this a try. Click on view>toolbars and the select unlock toolbars. You should now be able to resize and move your toolbars.
