Internet Explorer and Mozilla not opening?

I'll double click them and try starting them, and they appear in the process section of my task manager, but the browser never comes up.

Any... reasons this could happen? I've cleared tons of unwanted programs and still nothing.

Problem solved. Driver confliction.
