Internet Explorer has encountered a problem/needs to close

Is there an answer for this in the attached. It`s happening a lot lately. I`m on IE6-WindowsXP Home Edition-service pack 3(y)

IE6 is pretty outdated and leaves you vulnerable to security risks. I'd recommend you upgrade IE. That may actually solve the issue itself.

Yes you can go to Windows Update to get it.

Go to Start, All Programs - you should see Windows Update way up top.
