had a problem with ie launching and then audio playing in the background

the audio has stopped but IEXPLORE.exe still somehow starts itself

(after hearing a few mouse clicks thro my speakers) but without launching the browser-

it just runs in the background - really stuck with this - anybody any ideas?

heres the hjt log - 2 iexplore.exe run when it launches itself
