Internet explorer problems

    Hi guys I have a program know as :
    The Trj/Virtumonde.J Virus was found in file C:\WINNT\Tasks\regweb.exe

    What ever this is it is messing with my Internet Explorer program when I am online it stops my access and say a grey window pops up and says :

    Mircosoft has encountered a problem please report this error to us.

    I have norton anti-virus and Mcafee and neither one of the scans can see this program can you help me please I think it is trojan but I don't know alot about computers . Can someone please let me know something ASAP.

    This was taken from a different website.
    How can you get rid of the trojan trj/virtumonde or PSW.Agent.H?
    Answer: Use AVG antivirus from Grisoft to heal psw.agent.h (as of 26/4/04)

    however you would think that both norton and mcafee would have similar protections. So it might be worth looking on the home pages of both anti-virus programs.
