internet explorer wont open

it just started today randomly. ill open it, it starts loading, then it gives me and error message saying it needs to close, i think it has something to do with his dll:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001888f

someone installed this viewpoint toolbar recently, im thinking thats the problem.
any ideas??

Right click on Internet Explorer (it's in the Start menu - if not on Desktop)
Select "Internet Properties"
Select "Programs" tab
Select "Manage Addons"

Find your unwanted program and delete it

(By the way, whilst in the Internet Properties you should clean out all your temporary Internet files under "General" tab)
