Internet Explorer

I have mistakenly copied my Internet explorer folder to my desktop, therefore I have two folders.
I have tried to delete the desktop version but get the following message : You require permission from OUR-COMPUTER\Roy to make changes to this folder

How do i remove this folder please in easy steps please?

Try logging-on as an Administrator and then navigate to the Desktop of the User account and then try to delete.
