I recently have been bombarded with popup ads and my Microsoft explorer has been resized. What do I do to get the explorer back to normal, besides using the f11 key to go to full size?

    Welcome to TSG!
Moving you question to the Security forum since I believe it is Spyware, or a BHO that may be causing this. The good people there should be able to help.

Hi, and welcome to the board.

The IE window size and your popups are very probably not related.

To start at the beginning, please do this:

Go to http://www.spywareinfo.com/downloads.php#det , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
