What version of Windows/Internet Explorer are you running?

If you haven't upgraded IE, it will not be listed in Add/Remove Software.

    You could also try this:

Copy the bold, go to Start/run, and paste it in.
    Click OK:

    rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance "C:\Program Files \Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt"

If you're running Internet Explorer 6.0, change the 5 in IE 5 to a 6

Do you get something like this now?
