How do I get my Cipher Strenth of 128 bit back

    Some how the Cipher Strenth in IE 5.50 has been reduced from 128 bit to O-bit. It states Cipher Strenth: 0-bit (Update Information). I try to download the update and when I go to install it a message apperars that it is already installed. The problem is that I can not go to into any secure window. Can't get into my postage by phone program. It just goes to "page unavailable. This is what it says on any site I try to get into.

    Help.:confused:
