Internet speed is extremely slow. I have a 30 mbps FTTH connection. It generally fluctuates from maximum speed to no speed at all. Even browsing completely stops, stays for a minute or so and then again works finr for a few minutes. It starts happening more frequently when I try to download from BitTorrent but happens as explained with BitTorrent off as well. Internet in all other devices in home (laptops and cell phones) is working perfectly fine. The problem started occurring a couple of days ago. Kindly help fixing. Pasting Sysinfo data:

Do a speed test to see what speeds are going.

Download and save Malwarebytes AdwCleaner to your desktop.
If you get a warning that this file is unsafe, ignore the warning.
Close all open windows first, then double-click the AdwCleaner.exe desktop icon to load its main window.
Click the "Scan Now" button to start the scanning process.
1 or 2 minutes or longer may pass before the scanning process is finished, so be patient.
If any threats are found, the list of threats will appear.
Make sure the entire list is selected, then click "Clean & Repair".
When the cleaning and repair process is finished, restart the computer.
Load the AdwCleaner.exe main window again, then click "Log Files".
Double-click the "Clean" file with the current date so it can load in Notepad.
Copy and save the entire contents of that file, then paste it here.

We can't help with torrents but I'll leave this open for help with speed in general.

Because you're using torrents in your computer and it has a wide fluctuation in speed, I suspect it's infested with malware, spyware, etc..
Malwarebytes AdwCleaner found and removed 22 threats, so let's move next to using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Go HERE, then click the "Free Trial" button to download and save Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
Double-click the saved file to start the install process, then click "Agree And Install".
After the install process is done, click "Finish".
When the main window appears, click the "X" to close the white box.
    Click "Settings - Account Details".
Click "Deactivate Premium Trial - Yes".
When the taskbar pop-up appears, select "I don't need real-time protection", then click "OK".
Click "Protection", then make sure all 3 scan options are set to "On".
Click "Scan", then make sure "Threat Scan" is selected.
    Click "Start Scan".
It will check for and install the current definition files before the scanning process continues.
If any threats are detected during the scanning process, the number of threats will appear in "Threats Identified".
After the scanning process is finished, make sure all threats are selected, then click "Quarantine Selected".
After all threats have been removed, click "Yes" to restart the computer.
After the computer restarts, load its main window, then click "Reports".
Select the "Scan Report" with the current date, then click "View Report".
    Click "Export - Text File".
Select a location to save the scan report, then name it "MBAM" (without the quotes), then click "Save".
Click "OK" to close all windows.
Return to your thread and open a reply window, then upload and save the "MBAM.txt" file in your reply.

According to your scan report, MBAM found 63 threats and quarantined 61 of them.
Run another "Threat Scan" and then quarantine any other threats it finds.
There's no need to submit a new scan report.

After that's done, do the following next:
Go HERE, then click the "Download Free Edition" button to download and save SUPERAntiSpyware.
Double-click the saved file to start the install process.
Make sure to uncheck and decline to install any extras, such as a Google browser and toolbar.
Make sure to uncheck and decline to send an e-mail address and diagnostic report.
Make sure to uncheck and decline to use the "Pro" or "Trial" version.
After it's installed, DON'T do anything else with it yet.
I'll give you detailed instructions for setting it up and using it.

    Done

Should note that when I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware again it found another 34 files which I quarantined. Restarted and ran scan again it found them again.

But maybe that's yet to be resolved through SUPERAntiSpyware.

Installed and ready to take next step

I know you haven't asked for the reports from recent scans but uploading anyways, might be useful

I don't know why Malwarebytes Anti-Malware keeps showing those 34 threats.
If they're being quarantined and then detected again after a restart and a new scan, something is wrong.
    Do the following next.

Start SUPERAntiSpyware, then click "System Tools".
Click "Preferences", then uncheck the top 3 boxes in "General Configuration"(which will restart it), then click "Done".
Click "Advanced Settings", then uncheck "Follow shortcuts (*.lnk) during scan", then click "OK - Done".
Click "Click here to check for updates".
When the definition files have updated, click "OK".
Click "Scan This Computer", then click "Quick Scan".
If problems are found during the scan, the number of them will be highlighted in red.
When the scan is finished, click "Continue".
Make sure that EVERYTHING in the list is selected, then click "Continue".
When the removal process is complete, click "Continue".
If you're prompted to restart to finish the removal process, do so.
    Start SUPERAntiSpyware again.
Click "System Tools", then click "Scan Logs".
Select the most current scan log, then click on its magnifying glass icon so it can open and be viewed, then save it on the desktop.
Return here, then copy-and-paste its ENTIRE contents here.

It looks like SUPERAntiSpyware found 1,542 threats.
To insure that all of them were removed, run another "Quick Scan".
If any threats are still found, make sure to select them all before removing them.
There's no need to submit a new scan log.

Is your computer running any better at this point?

I did that, more threats were found. Over a couple of days I have ran this several times, last few attempts are with 'Complete Scan'

All attempts were followed by a restart. The last two attempts failed completion as PC was interrupted with the message attached in screenshot.

    SuperAntiSpyware Interupted.jpg
Also attaching all the logs the software created against all the scans.

I am still facing the same issue of varying speeds of slow internet.
