How do I view the history of my internet use even if the history button shows nothing. I heard there is another way in which you can view the ALL the history of the internet use since you have had your computer.

You can go to tools, internet options, temporary internet files, settings, then view files and this will show all the sites visited, including times, dates, etc. This will only show what's been view since temp internet files were cleaned out last.

Windows is also alleged to store unnecessary detail in things called User Assist Files, which are maintained in specific encrypted Registry keys. Have a look here and make your own mind up; http://www.utdallas.edu/~jeremy.bryan.smith/ (click on 'Articles' and then 'Explorer Spy')

Javacool's MRUBlaster and CCleaner claim to delete/empty User Assist Files. I use both and User Assist Spy is unable to load these keys, suggesting that they are deleted or empty.

PS. I have used @Winspy and Super Winspy for some time now and routinely delete index.dat files with Window Washer (although CCleaner claims to do it as well).
