Internet Ip issues

    My cousin has a error when dialing-up " Error Connecting to dodo dial-up openning port... Error: 633 the modem(all other connecting device) is already in use or not configured properly " and Windows live has this error "your machine appears to have an invalid ip address" internet error. The OS is Windows XP
