    Hi everyone.

So I recently noticed a decline in my internet speed. At first it was a slow decline. Now, I can't even access the internet for anything. I'm currently on a friend's computer and doing this.

Anyways, back to the problem, I can't seem to find what the problem is. I just know that my internet is ridiculously slow while my friend's computer (on the same network as mine) is running just fine. I'm starting to think I have a virus.

Any help that you can give me would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

It seems that when I restart the modem my internet works fine for a little bit but declines rapidly in speed. I hope this helps.

    Thank you again.
