Internet not being detected

    On my windows 10 computer I click on my network icon to click on the internet even though it’s on it’s not being detected I had this problem when I got my Ethernet. Because now there is a Red Cross on the WiFi in adaptor options can u help?

    If you have an Ethernet cable plugged in and the internet is working then your wireless does not need to be connected.

    To answer your question, the red X is most likely mean your wireless adapter is turned off or disabled, however as T6 has mentioned it's not required if you have Ethernet, unless this is a laptop and you need wireless connectivity.
