I have installed spybot and gone through some other file deleting processes but when I try to delete nem213.dll and wsem214.dll files I keep getting that they are being used by windows. Can you help me with deleting these DyFuCa Internet Optimizer files?

Everytime my computer starts it says it can't find: RE75D9C4.DLL even though I've seen it listed in my windows run registry.

    Hi hotlab1950,

Please go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/, and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log as a .txt file, and copy and paste its contents into your next post.

Most of what it lists will be harmless, so do not fix anything yet.

    Regards,

    Pieter
