My company has about 20 computers. But the Internet is really slow or sometimes cuts out for all of them! I do not know what to do. I've talked to our internet provider "Paetec" and they say "you have no DNS resolution" I have no clue what that means... When I ping websites the pings are pretty good(F/E yahoo.com min43ms Max44 Ave43). But when I actually use my browser it drags or sometimes does not work at all! I've tried downloading a different browser (firefox) same thing. I've turned off my anti-virus software, still nothing.... PLEASE HELP!!!

Not nearly enough information about the network. The only advice I can give is since it's happening to all of them, look at common components, like the central Ethernet switch, router, modem, etc.
