    Hello All,

So i don't know exactly where to start but here it goes...when i bought my computer it did not have any way to connect to a WiFi signal so i had to buy a USB device that allowed me to connect to the internet ,and it has never been a problem my internet connection has always been great. Recently i moved house and for some odd reason when ever i turn on my computer and try to use the internet the WiFi for the whole house goes down. It is a big problem and i was wondering if anyone could help. if you need any additional information please let me know.

    Thank You.

    First Name:
You can connect wirelessly to the network OK; it's just when you try to access the internet that the problem occurs?

Same problem with an ethernet connection?

What OS? What wireless adapter? What router (or wireless access point)? What encryption is used?
