I can connect to the internet just fine, but I prefer easy access by pressing my internet button to go to it directly. Can you tell me why all of a sudden it stopped working and how can I fix it. I am using windows xp. Any help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

On WinXP there is a trroubleshooter for hardware.
Go to Control panel. Then printers and other hardware. Then choose keyboard. Follow the steps...
You might also try unplugging the keyboard...

You really didn't give us much to go on but you can always use spybot/adaware (which you should be using daily/weekly anyways) to see if you have any spyware. The easy answer is to just make a new shortcut ;)

    steele4real,

I had this prob w/new microsoft natural keyboard pro & optical mouse that came with new pc. pc vendor didn't send drivers for k/b or mouse!!
basic k/b & mouse worked but not the "extra" buttons. I d/l drivers from m/s & installed them which solved probs. u maybe do the same with your k/b. just go to k/b maker's website & find driver & d/l.
btw, I had 2 do this again much later after some software install trashed k/b driver.
    worked 4 me good luck 2 u.

re-install keyboard drivers, something has corrupted them,. very common problem,

only other reason is something spilt in the keyboard, shorting out the keys, but drivers are more likely
