    I am connected to my isp but I can't access web pages. What would the problem be?

    Hi 24giovanni,

    This happened to me once and I went to Tools> Internet Options> Programs> Click on Reset Web Settings> Click 'Yes' (you might want to make sure that 'Reset your homepage is unchecked at this point before clicking 'Yes')
